هغه به د پولیسو په نظارت کې ساتلو (garde à vue)، تر تحقیق لاندې نیولو (mise en examen)، تحقیق، د آزادۍ او توقیف د قاضي په وړاندې مخکینیو بحثونو، د قضایي کنټرول د بیا کتنې، د خوشې کېدو غوښتنې، او جنحوي محکمې یا د جنایاتو محکمې په غوږ اوریدنو کې مداخله وکړي.

He will act at the stage of police custody, formal investigation (mise en examen), judicial investigation, preliminary hearings before the Liberty and Detention Judge, challenges to judicial supervision, requests for release, and hearings before the Criminal Court (Tribunal Correctionnel) or the Assize Court (Cour d'Assises).
